What this will not do
It will not write about a real person by name. Type one and it stops before generating anything and offers to write the same verse against an unnamed opponent instead. It also will not build a line on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexuality, disability or anybody's family, and it will not write threats.
That is a deliberate limit rather than a technical one. A tool that writes insults about named people is a harassment tool, whatever it is called on the page.
Why the limit makes it better, not worse
Battle writing has always been strongest when it is about skill rather than about a person's appearance or family. The lines that survive are boasts that happen to leave somebody behind, not insults with a rhyme attached, and the cheap shot is the thing every listener has already heard.
So the prompt aims where the form is actually good: claims that were not backed up, borrowed style, effort, originality. Confidence carries this. Cruelty mostly does not.
How to get something usable
Give it a situation rather than a target. Somebody who took your beat, somebody who said they would show up and did not, a rival who is better on paper than in a room. A specific circumstance produces sharper writing than any name would, because the detail is what makes a line land.

What can it write about then?
A fictional opponent, an unnamed rival, or yourself. Describe the situation, such as somebody who copied your style or talked and never delivered, and it writes from that.
How long is a diss verse?
Sixteen bars, then a short four bar hook, then sixteen more. Each bar is on its own line so you can count them against a beat.
Is it free?
Yes. Most requests are answered from a library written in advance, so serving a page costs nothing to run.
Does it write explicit lyrics?
Only with the toggle on, and it defaults to off. Slurs are never produced, and it will not build a line on race, religion, gender, sexuality or disability whatever the setting.
